Since its inception, AU Associates, Inc. has developed multiple award-winning properties in Kentucky and West Virginia. These developments include affordable housing for seniors, families, and special needs communities. AU has also developed commercial projects spanning the adaptive re-use of an 1898 Richardsonian Courthouse to the new construction of a farm to table restaurant.

Each of these developments serve the communities in which they are located due to innovative thinking, creative solutions to both financial and architectural challenges, and serving the needs for which they were developed.

AU Associates was founded in 1990 on the principals of adaptive use and has focused on opportunities for urban infill, as well as the revitalization of existing structures.
